Dr. Janie Lacy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist-Supervisor (CSAT-S) with more than two decades of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate some of life’s most difficult emotional challenges.
As the CEO and Founder of Life Counseling Solutions — a multi-therapist outpatient group practice serving the Central Florida community since 2011 — Dr. Lacy created Orlando Anger Management to fill a critical need: providing accessible, clinically sound, and judgment-free anger management services for individuals from all walks of life.
Whether someone is seeking support by personal choice, through a workplace requirement, or as the result of a court referral, her approach remains rooted in compassion, accountability, and practical tools for lasting change.
Her philosophy is simple: people are not defined by their worst moments. Anger is rarely the root issue — it is often the surface expression of something deeper.
